Remote Primary Therapist, Part Time - California

Seeking therapists with full independent clinical licensure in California. Position is 100% remote, Part- time (24 hours per week) - 12-14 patient facing hours, 10-12 administrative hours.

2 Evenings required per week, along with day time hours (Mon-Fri). Benefits Eligible!

How you’ll serve our patients

As a Primary Therapist at ERC Pathlight, you can expect to be a part of virtual team that delivers face-to-face treatment, therapy sessions and support to our patients through our HIPAA-compliant Telebehavioral Health Platform around the nation.

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways :

Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy

Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning for each patient on case load :

Complete biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide assessments

Create individualized treatment plan with specific and measurable goals in collaboration with treatment team members

Create treatment agreements, support plans or behavior plans as needed

For each patient on case load, complete clinical paperwork including :

Treatment plans

Individual and Family Therapy progress notes and group notes

Wellness plan and aftercare plan

Discharge summary

Attend treatment team meetings and treatment team rounds to coordinate patients care with interdisciplinary team

Primary Therapist II Must Haves :

Has obtained and maintains a full independent clinical mental health license as required by state

Master’s or Doctorate Degree required in counseling or related field

Has carried significant individual and / or family caseload for at least 2 years with documented success in treating patients with common diagnoses and expected comorbidities

Experience with individual / family therapy preferred

Primary Therapist III Must Haves :

At least 3 years post licensure experience working with mood, anxiety, ED and / or trauma related disorders

Some experience supervising other clinicians

Has carried a significant individual and / or family caseload, with success treating more complex cases

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist II role is $33.17- $37.98

Compensation starting range for the Primary Therapist III role is $37.98 - $44.70

The range provided is for California based hires who reside in the state only and will be commensurate with candidate experience.
