We are currently seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to join our Tarpy team. We are top notch, full-service heating & air conditioning service provider located in Santee, CA.

Qualifications
- Three or more years of experience in HVAC installation
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent
- Working knowledge of national codes and best practices
- Requisite basic certifications (EPA Universal)
- Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A valid driver’s license
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends
