Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Private Duty LVN in Santa Maria, CA. The Private Duty LVN will work as part of a healthcare team to provide exceptional patient care to a 5 year old pediatric patient.
Care includes administering medications, g-tube feeding, monitoring patients' vital signs, parent education and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess and address patients' needs.
The Private Duty LVN must also maintain accurate patient records and be responsible for communicating effectively with patients, families, and caregivers.
Qualifications
- Current California State LVN license
- Minimum one-year clinical experience
- Proficient in administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with patients, families, and caregivers
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen
- Current CPR certification
