Endeavor Health is currently seeking an exceptional Internal Medicine physician for practice opportunity at our Mayfair Chicago practice.

What you will need :
License : Illinois Medical License or License Pending
Certification : The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Internal Medicine residency and be board certified / eligible by the American Board of Internal Medicine.
Responsibilities :
- Development of a clinical practice.
- A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning / evening / weekend hours.
- Participation in weekend and weekday call.
- Teaching of the house staff and medical students as assigned.
