Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts is on a mission to transform healthcare. The Data Analyst will work closely with technology partners to address various data needs for the Law Department, enhancing and automating complex activities.

- Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards to support business needs.
- Leverage SQL knowledge to program and create reports.
- Implement data and analytics solutions for the business needs.
- Build knowledge of the healthcare domain through data exploration and project support.
- Define data requirements for successful project implementation.
- Implement data engineering best practices.
- Deliver solutions and integrations across on-prem and multi-cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with vendors, architects, scrum masters, product managers / owners, and peers.
- Diagnose and address complex problems, including performance issues.
- Identify long-term, strategic data needs and develop models for data-related business processes.

This role requires you to have :
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of data analyst experience.
- 1+ years of experience with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
