Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Analysis : Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support business strategies and initiatives. Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and internal performance to provide actionable insights.

Financial Modeling : Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future financial performance, evaluate potential business opportunities, and assess risk factors.

Reporting and Presentations : Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Communicate financial findings and strategic recommendations effectively.

Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes. Analyze variances between actual performance and forecasts, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Business Strategy Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine business strategies. Provide financial perspectives on strategic initiatives and support the implementation of strategic plans.

Performance Metrics : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

Project Management : Lead or support strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Risk Assessment : Identify and assess financial risks associated with strategic decisions and business opportunities. Develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.

Skills and Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

Experience : 6 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis, strategy, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in financial modeling and strategic planning.

Technical Skills : Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Advanced skills in Excel, financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and data analysis tools.

Familiarity with business intelligence software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to senior management and stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking : Ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions to business challenges. Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.

Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial analysis and reporting.
