Senior Engineering Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a full stack engineering team to bring new products to market

Collaborate with stakeholders to foster a culture of ownership and collaboration

Mentor engineers and early-career managers while shaping technical strategy

Required Qualifications

Proven expertise in technical leadership within cross-functional teams

Experience with agile methodologies, particularly Kanban and / or Lean

Technical competency in C++, DAW plugins, and digital signal processing (DSP)

Proficient in technical project and stakeholder management

Demonstrated experience in mentoring and coaching engineers
