Our client is searching for a remote Product Manager to join their Agile team in developing a new generation of software products.
The Product Manager will facilitate agile practices, document and prioritize requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless development process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Organize and maintain product backlogs and roadmaps, adjusting as needed based on business priorities.
- Follow agile methodology and write user stories with clear and detailed acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate team agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements to ensure the development teams build products and features that meet business and user needs.
- Understand and interpret complex data and business processes to modernize legacy systems to improve the user experience.
- Provide troubleshooting support when issues are escalated from the user support team.
- Occasional travel may be necessary to meet with stakeholders and development teams.
EXPERIENCE :
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager in an agile software development environment.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Adept at leading planning and requirement conversations with stakeholders, peers, and developers.
- Experience in end-to-end business process analysis to identify gaps and potential improvements.
- Strong skills in documenting complex business problems and the ability to communicate information effectively.
