We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking individual who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a respectful, family-oriented team. This position is ideal for someone with general construction or renovation experience who enjoys variety and meaningful, hands-on work.

We’re also open to training the right candidate who shows strong initiative and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with home renovation and modification projects (bathroom remodels, ramps, grab bars, handrails, flooring, and more)
• Perform general labor duties such as demolition, cleanup, material handling, and prep work
• Support lead installers and carpenters on-site to ensure projects run smoothly
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Interact with clients in a respectful, professional manner — especially in sensitive home environments
• Help transport materials or equipment to job sites
