We are currently guiding several high profile Tier 1 projects with Navistar, Peterbilt and Kenworth through our engineering pipeline.

If so, get it in gear and join us as a Program Manager , reporting to the Manager of Program Management.
Your Responsibilities :
Providing hands-on guidance during all phases of design work, from program kickoff to program launch you will :
- Assist in preparing and maintaining timelines, critical paths and schedules.
- Advise on and escalate key issues as needed to insure work-arounds and resolution.
- Assist in planning meetings and attend other meetings as required.
- Prepare progress reports as required and assist with project dashboards.
- Maintain and follow up on open issues trackers.
- Coordinate topics and notes for Design Reviews.
- Drive and follow up on project assignments.
- Assist in coordination of production sample builds, including shipment.
- Assist in coordinate with manufacturing to insure smooth handoff to production status.
Required Education
- BSME, BSEE or related engineering degree, or
- Associates or Technical Degree with related experience.
Required Experience and Skills
- Five to ten years of experience and familiarity with electromechanical / mechatronics type product design and / or program management.
- Experience includes strong background of success in program management.
- Expert user of project management tools such as Excel, Microsoft Project, and Visual Management of project plans ranging from 100 to 33 lines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong, tactful and effective communication and coaching skills.
