Job Description Summary
The clinical Nurse plays a vital role in providing compassionate and expert care to patients with pulmonary and renal conditions.
This position requires sound nursing judgment, collaboration with the healthcare team, and adherence to all local and federal regulations.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and procedures, and document treatment according to company policy and regulations.
- Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' conditions.
- Assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
- Provide primary and emergency care for occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to create a Plan of Care for all patients.
- Direct and guide ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
