Campus Program Director

We're seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Residential Life and Experiential Education in a therapeutic setting for adolescents. As Campus Program Director, you'll manage dorm life, recreation, and student services, while collaborating with Admissions, Academic, Clinical, and Medical teams to ensure coordinated care.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the strategic direction of residential operations across campuses.
  • Supervise and mentor residential and experiential education managers.
  • Oversee individualized student development plans and family communications.
  • Lead interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to treatment planning.
  • Provide training on therapeutic milieu practices and policy adherence.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.
  • Manage departmental payroll and leave documentation.
  • Drive program development and implement best practices.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in psychology, sociology, or related field (strongly preferred).
  • 8+ years working with adolescents in therapeutic settings.
  • Experience in residential programs with 50+ beds.
  • Demonstrated excellence in client care and team development.
