A company is looking for an Associate Customer Advocate to support customer experience and advocacy efforts remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with other Customer Advocates across different regions
Assist in planning, coordinating, and reporting on Advisory Groups using various tools
Support data collection and reporting for Customer Advocate programs while collaborating with internal teams
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
2+ years of experience in customer advocacy or related fields
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
Experience with collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Salesforce
History of working with senior level leaders in customer accounts
