Responsibilities

The position requireshandson experience with the ability to teach and motivate others tolearn Key responsibilities include

InMarketField Technician Training

ATE Mobile ServicesADAS Calibrations Diagnostics ConnectorWire Repair ProgrammingRelearns etc

ADAS tool training including how toprotect and properly maintain tools

ATE customerservice process including how to effectively communicate withcustomers and how todocument and bill for servicesperformed

Show technicians how they can meetandor exceeddaily production sales goals

TeachField Technicians whenhow to get support

Supportnew markets with training and van setup

Facilitate classroom training for new hires

Provide ongoing Remote Training Zoom or Teams forcontinuous education and targeted training sessions

Maintain accurate records of all trainingactivities

Collaborate on training projects asneeded

Miscellaneous duties asassigned

Qualifications

5years of automotive background servicing and diagnosing automotivesystems

2 years working as an ADAS CalibrationTechnician with advanced knowledgein ADAS and electrical servicesequipmenttooling and procedures

2 years oftraining experience preferred

Strongtechnological skills including but not limited to Outlook TeamsPowerPoint Word etc

Familiarity with industrystandards regulations and safety protocols related to ADAStechnologies

Strong problemsolving andtroubleshooting abilities

Excellentinterpersonal communication and presentation skills

Ability to adapt training approaches to differentaudiences and learning styles

Proven trainingand instructional design skills with the ability to communicatecomplex concepts effectively

Exudeprofessionalism showing passion for the industry with an unwaveringdrive to doing things correctly

Must be able toperform all services offered by ATE

Overnighttravel required 75 to 90 of time depending on drivability ofassigned market

Air travel required

A safe driving record and a valid Drivers Licenserequired

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs

Must be able to stand for long periods oftime in automotive shop environments
