Field Sales Manager And Transformation Lead

As a Field Sales Manager and Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for elevating the capabilities and effectiveness of our seller community. You will drive the continuous improvement of coaching and leadership, ensure they are expertly positioned to guide and enable the field in mastering our evolving sales methodologies, strategic account planning, and utilization of advanced selling tools. You will achieve consistent seller high performance and maximize our customer value delivery.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $218,000-$306,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
