Schedule : 1st Shift Monday- Friday 7am-330pm

Summary :
Works with Production Support and Engineering in setup and operation of lathe and mill-turn equipment and maintenance of machining processes in a production environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Maintains CNC programs along with, setup sheet and updates inspection plans.
- Set-up and run production equipment as needed
- Ensures that product meets quality requirements
- Ensures integrity of inspection results
- Participates in continuous improvement, lean material flow opportunities and initiatives within department.
- Assist with training of new team members and operators.
- Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
- Adhere to company safety requirements.
- Assure that assigned activities are performed in accordance with company procedures.
Education and Experience :
- High School diploma or GED required
- 2 years related experience in department processes
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to execute manufacturing plan effectively.
- CNC machine process technology skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong math skills.
- Computer skills and proficiency with MS Office and the internet.
Physical Demands :
- Lifting / carrying Maximum : 50 lbs.
- Regularly required to stand, reach and move about the facility
