Counter Sales Associates provide superior service to customers at the Famous Supply branch, in person and via the phone. We specialize in plumbing and HVAC. Knowledge in these fields is preferred to keep our customer service efficient. Counter Sales Associates help contractor customers get the materials they need so they can get back to their job.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service
• Understand customer needs
• Provide the products and solutions to meet customer needs
• Process and schedule customer orders
• Manage open orders and customer bids
• Pull orders from the warehouse to serve customers
• Keep counter area clean and organized
