Position Summary :

This position is responsible for all activities that occur within the manufacturing facility in support of the Plant Manager / Director of Operations. The Senior Operations Bakery Manager provides leadership for and develops abilities of the management team to achieve consistent production of high-quality products and deliver financial profitability for the bakery.

Key Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee manufacturing operations for a commercial baking facility consisting of hourly associates and management staff.
• Lead the achievement of a zero-injury workplace. Ensure compliance with FDA, EPA, OSHA, and HACCP regulation
• Build a culture of mutual respect, teamwork, and professionalism, demonstrating active support of the Company's values and policies.
• Responsible for following and enforcing procedures outlined in the Food Safety Plan and the Food Quality Plan.
• Maintains records for all phones of production relative to the quality of the product, including bakery formulation records, and those records necessary for auditing purposes to include order completion and scheduling of holiday production.
