Civil Engineering Practice Lead - Texas Water Wastewater

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Engineering Practice Lead specific to Texas Water Wastewater projects to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will lead the development of water / wastewater engineering services and projects in Texas and will be responsible for providing engineering expertise, project management, business development, and technical leadership in the areas of water / wastewater engineering design and project management services.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of water / wastewater engineering services and projects in Texas.
• Provide engineering expertise in the areas of water / wastewater engineering design
• Design and manage projects for clients in the areas of stormwater management, erosion and sediment design, and water / wastewater engineering
• Assist in business development efforts at the local, state, and federal levels
• Build and develop strong client relationships.
• Oversee the quality assurance and ensure standards and regulatory requirements are being met.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering
• Professional registration as a Professional Engineer preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in water / wastewater engineering design and project management services
• Experience in Texas water / wastewater regulations and standards
• Knowledge of current permitting requirements
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
