Join our Mechanical Engineering team supporting all phases of aerospace product development—from design through production. The Sr. Mechanical Engineer will lead electronic packaging design, mechanical analysis, testing, and documentation for aerospace hardware.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop electronic packaging for aerospace components
  • Perform 3D / 2D CAD design (SolidWorks preferred) and create drawing packages
  • Conduct FEA (structural & thermal) using ANSYS or equivalent
  • Lead mechanical testing, prototype builds, and documentation (BOMs, ECOs, reports)
  • Support design reviews, dFMEAs, and risk management
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and drive process improvements

Qualifications :

  • BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
  • 8+ years of mechanical design experience
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, FEA (ANSYS), and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of DO-160, DO-178, DO-254, or ARP standards is a plus
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
