Soliant Education is currently seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Santa Clara, CA.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students, providing behavioral support and intervention services throughout the full school year.

Responsibilities :
- Implement behavior intervention plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
- Provide direct behavioral support and therapy to students with various behavioral issues.
- Collect and record data on student behavior and progress.
- Collaborate closely with educational staff, including teachers and support personnel.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral strategies.
Qualifications :
- Active certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Proven experience working with multiple behavioral issues and diverse student populations.
- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
- Ability to adapt interventions and strategies based on individual student needs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
