You owe it to yourself to consider this great new opportunity.*DETAILS : Direct Hire* M-F : 8 am-5 pm* Salary : $60-$85K doe *Responsibilities : Leadership skills - 8-10 Electrical * Ensures the fulfillment of daily objectives and company goals * Advanced Excel skills needed to develop and monitor KPI using excel spreadsheets, pivot tables, v-lookup and formulas* Manage the cleanliness of the department through the use of 5S.
- Lean Manufacturing principles - Drives process improvements and eliminates wastes and losses* Develop, implement, and maintain (SOP) to support assembly specifications and BOMs.
- Employee production performance track and ensure all data is recorded / time and attendance* Monitor WIP inventory
- Report equipment malfunctions * Perform monthly safety meetings* Demonstrate competency in all production processes (SOP) in order to provide effective guidance to associates and fill-in for any associate, as needed.
- Communicate effectively and work together as a team
- Develop and mentor direct reports through standardized training
- Fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace* Inspect all materials and equipment for malfunctions* Performs additional duties as assigned*Qualifications : Bilingual English / Spanish* Lean and 5S experience* Strong computer skills (Excel is a must!)* Previous experience in production and / or manufacturing* Knowledge of production tools and equipment (no CAD or CNC required)* Strong leadership and work ethic* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* High driven process improvement, analytical, innovative, change-based,
