Position Overview :
We are looking for an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our client’s healthcare team on a per diem basis.
This role offers the flexibility of self-scheduling and multiple shifts, including days, evenings, and nights. You will provide high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Job Description :
- Provide nursing care to patients under the direction of registered nurses and physicians.
- Administer medications, monitor patient vitals, and update medical records.
- Assist in patient care planning and evaluation.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Education and Certification Requirements :
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Oregon.
- CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 1-year experience as an LPN in a clinical setting preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
