This is a full time General Neurology position and mainly outpatient, with a small amount of inpatient practice.

• The team consists of 3 Neurologists and 2 Advanced Practice Providers.
• Annual base salary of $401,000
• Eligible for annual value-based incentive up to
• $40,000 starting in year two
• Eligible to participate in Neurology Physician
• Production Incentive
• Signing bonus $30,000
• Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
• $5,000 annual CME allowance
• 240 hours (30 days) of authorized time off per year
