We are looking for a part-time assistant to join our firm here in Beaumont, TX. This candidate would work closely with one of our top advisors and work to maintain records, data entry, maintaining sales materials, administrative support, and monitoring the day-to-day workflow of the representative's business.
To qualify, you must be able to work in-office, have strong computer skills, telephone and interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, have the ability to adapt, work efficiently and assume additional responsibilities when needed.
Compensation is 15 dollars and hour and schedule is as follows-Monday-Friday 11 am- 4 pm.
