Find your next chapter at Ashley
Shift : 2nd Shift, Monday–Thursday, 1 : 00 PM–11 : 30 PM
You clock in as the second shift comes alive. Conveyors hum, robots take their positions, and your team gathers for a quick stand-up. You align priorities, scan KPIs for the automated lines, and head to the floor to put hands on the machines. When a change order triggers an unexpected behavior on a PLC-controlled cell, you dive in—trace the root cause, collaborate with IT, and validate the fix. By night’s end, code enhancements are queued for UAT, SOPs are updated, and your specialists are clear on tomorrow’s plan.

- Make and / or recommend employment decisions (hiring, improvement plans, transfers, promotions, corrective actions, terminations, pay adjustments).
- Direct, coordinate, and audit team workflows to ensure SOP adherence and goal attainment.
- Coach and mentor employees; conduct performance reviews and guide skill development.
- Maintain accurate timekeeping and absentee records; manage resources (equipment, facilities, people, methods, materials) for optimal output.
