We are currently seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant , to provide administrative and organizational support to the Customer Service Team and other departments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
- Support the customer service team in managing customer accounts and resolving issues, including data entry and filing
- Build relationships both internally and with vendors and customers, acting as a resource and liaison
- Troubleshoot common issues on request, and report findings to the Customer Service Team
- Answer and Direct phone calls as needed and respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information about our services
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
