FOX Factory designs, engineers, manufactures and markets performance-defining products and systems for customers worldwide.

Our premium brand, performance-defining products and systems are used primarily on bicycles, side-by-side vehicles, on-road vehicles with and without off-road capabilities, off-road vehicles and trucks, all-terrain vehicles, snowmobiles, specialty vehicles and applications, motorcycles, and commercial trucks.

Some of our products are specifically designed for and marketed to a variety of leading cycling and powered vehicle original equipment manufacturers ("OEMs"), while others are distributed to consumers through a global dealer and distribution network.

Position Responsibilities :

Collaborate with all divisions of the marketing department to create relevant content and experiences across all brand channels.

Maintain a social media calendar and scheduling platform for content deployment.

Create or source individual content presentations relevant to internal initiatives and oversee freelance creators.

Build engaging content blogs on direct-to-consumer website.

Communicate with key partners, personalities and athletes for collaborations.

Observe and respond to consumer communications through comments and direct messaging on social media platforms.

Track and report on key data points relating to content performance, follower engagement and audience growth.

Specific Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required :

Ability to plan sharp, innovative marketing and advertising strategies.

Ability to engage with the public and customers respectfully and effectively.

Expertise in the use of social media platforms.

Experience with social media analytics reporting platforms

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Shopify, MS Office, Google Apps.

Proficient in photographic and video image making.

A strong visual sensibility with the ability to create visually appealing and cohesive content.

Strong organizational skills.

Able to follow deadlines and work under pressure.

Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in work product.

Flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Position Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Photographic Arts

Experience :

3+ years of experience in a professional social media position

Thorough knowledge of brands and products is a plus

Work Environment and Physical Requirements :

Office Environment

Occasional travel

Ability to sit for long periods of time

Vision abilities required to validate and enter data on computer
