Industrial Engineer – Actalent

Join us as an Industrial Engineer at Actalent. This full-time, entry-level role is based in Lincoln, AL and focuses on process and continuous improvement in manufacturing and logistics.

Responsibilities

Conduct MOST time studies to evaluate and enhance processes.
Manage projects focused on process and continuous improvement.
Design and implement new systems and functions to optimize operations.
Benchmark and implement innovative solutions for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.

1–5 years of applicable experience in industrial engineering, process improvement, or continuous improvement.

Proficiency in lean manufacturing and MOST methodologies.

Strong skills in conducting time studies.

Experience in manufacturing and / or logistics.

Proficient with MS Office and AutoCAD.

Excellent communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

Salary range : $75,000 – $85,000 per year.
