As we continue to increase the volume of events we're doing and expand across markets, I'm looking for a team of 3 5 part-time event assistants to help with on-site event execution.

What is Offline, and what does the role look like?
Offline is a subscription company for local restaurants in your city. We have members who pay us monthly to be a part of our restaurant club, and these members get exclusive invites to events that we put on each month.
The mission? To get people out in their community spending their dollars with local restaurants that they’ve never been to before.
In a generation with endless inspiration, Offline provides the motivation to actually get offline and try something new.
ROLE
As an Offline Event Assistant, you are the first face to welcome our members to Offline Events. Your attention to detail and community are critically important, but your positive attitude will allow you to shine.
You might be a good fit for this position if :
- You are a highly enthusiastic person who genuinely enjoys human connection.
- You have a flexible schedule and are available most weeknight evenings and some weekends.
- You have experience in any of the following industries : hospitality, customer service, service, and / or event management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet each guest by welcoming them in a friendly and professional manner and acknowledging them when they leave the event.
- Use our check-in app to capture guest information.
- Address guest concerns or communicate them to the Event Manager as appropriate.
Requirements
You'll work with a team of Event Assistants and will be expected to take on a minimum of 3 events per month to be an active Event Assistant.
Our events are primarily hosted at local restaurants and bars in and around Tampa Bay. We typically have about 2 3 events per week, and they typically require an arrival of 5 : 00 pm and a departure of 9 : 00 pm on weeknights, with occasional daytime weekend events as well.

You will receive $15 / hour for on-site event management and a free Offline membership for as long as you're an active Offline Event Assistant.
