We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team! This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and execute various landscape and maintenance projects, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Position Summary : As the Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating landscape and maintenance projects from beginning to end, working along side our operations managers.
This role will involve managing all aspects of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and ensuring quality standards are met.
Responsibilities : Collaborate with team members to create and refine project designs Conduct site visits to asses existing conditions and identify potential challenges Coordinating schedules to ensure timely completion of various project phases Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns Ensuring work meets design specifications and quality standards Identify and resolve any issues that arise during the project Maintain detailed records of progress, changes, and communications Manage materials, equipment, and other resources needed for project Position Requirements : Valid drivers license with reliable transportation Have excellent time management skills 3+ years leading / managing a crew Be a good multitasker with a sense of urgency Proficient with google and excel Communication being a strong personal trait CDL recommended but not required Basic knowledge with small engines Ability to read and understand blue prints Works well as part of a team as well as alone Some understanding or ability to speak Spanish Position Salary : Negotiable depending on experience Benefits : At Salsbery Brothers Landscaping, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation packages, including salary commensurate with experience.
