You'll govern the responsible and efficient application of technology resources by assessing opportunities for reusing existing solutions, clearly defining minimum viable products, and always building with extensibility in mind

Develop and champion a bold vision that drives meaningful outcomes by embracing the art of the possible

Build frameworks for complex decision making that enable effective debate and accelerate getting to the right answer

You'll establish a long-term product portfolio strategy, informed by customer and business needs, and partner with leaders and stakeholders to regularly drive alignment, secure resources and overcome impediments

You'll attract, grow, empower, and inspire top product talent as they develop and deliver on their local product strategy in an iterative, outcome-focused and well-managed way

About the Team

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Technology Product leader to join the Enterprise MarTech organization. As part of the role, you will :

Own product strategy / definition, vendor management, and feature deployment for the end to end associate experience used by thousands of marketers at Capital One

Develop enterprise strategy in partnership with lines of businesses for evolution of tools, capabilities and processes to accelerate our marketing campaign creation and execution.

Serve as the subject matter expert for our products and processes - understanding the end to end Messaging and MarTech stack and identifying opportunities for innovation, modernization and simplification.

Drive alignment with executive leadership, cross-functional teams across the companies and, and third parties.

Basic Qualifications :

At least 9 years of experience working in Product Management

Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date :

A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)

A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration

Preferred Qualifications :

At least 5 years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Experience in Marketing or Marketing Technology

MBA or Master's degree

At least 5 years of experience in Agile product management

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.

McLean, VA : $264,300 - $301,700 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

New York, NY : $288,400 - $329,100 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

Richmond, VA : $240,300 - $274,300 for Sr. Dir, Product Management

San Francisco, CA : $
