Position Overview :

Seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

This role requires a deep understanding of their professional consulting services, a strong ability to articulate the value proposition to potential clients, and a proven track record in sales within a consulting or professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Business Development : Identify and target new business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients, and expand market presence.
  • Client Engagement : Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understand their business needs, and present customized solutions that align with their goals.
  • Sales Strategy : Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
  • Proposal Management : Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the value of professional consulting services.
  • Market Intelligence : Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
  • Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs, project scope, and deliverables.
  • Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline status, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.

Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving new business growth.
  • Industry Knowledge : Strong understanding of professional or consulting services.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Building : Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

Base salary 60-70k, plus incentives. OTE 115-130k.

Hybrid from Edina, MN offices with up to 30% territory travel.
