Are you experienced in administrative work and known for your exceptional customer service skills? Staffmark is hiring an Administrative Assistant to join a successful realty firm in Carlsbad, CA.

If you're proficient in Microsoft Office, have a bit of commercial real estate knowledge (though not required), and enjoy providing excellent customer service, this is the perfect role for you! Join a collaborative team where success is built together.

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Pay : $22 per hour

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers, ensuring a professional and helpful experience.
  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, phone management, and document filing.
  • Proficiently use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to complete tasks.
  • Answer phone calls and address inquiries or direct them to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications :

  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role with strong customer service skills.
  • Basic knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a desire to grow within the organization.

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
