A company is looking for a Tax Senior Associate in Private Equity.Key Responsibilities : Preparation and review of tax returns for various entity typesIdentifying and researching common tax issues in client engagementsDeveloping tax strategies aligned with client needs and goalsRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or related fieldMinimum of 2 years of US tax consulting / compliance experience in public accountingExperience with a wide variety of entity types, with a preference for partnershipsMaster's Degree in Taxation (preferred)CPA or equivalent credential (preferred)
