Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to join our Corporate Services account located at a high profile client in St. Louis, MO .

This General Manager will oversee a team of up to 15 Sodexo frontline employees and report directly into a District Manager.

This individual will own the day to day relationship with client while overseeing cafe and catering operations at the business.

This position offers a Monday - Friday work schedule.

The successful candidate will :

  • be kitchen savvy
  • have oversight of daily food operations, catering and deliver a high-quality product
  • achieve company and client financial targets and goals to include oversight of cash-handling and the POS system
  • develop and maintain client and customer relationships
  • motivate, coach, mentor and develop frontline (hourly) staff
  • ensure Sodexo standards are met to include compliance with company food and physical safety programs
  • be tech savvy

Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years
