JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Specialist (REMOTE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the primary point person for event planning, managing conference logistics, handling company promotional design and ordering, and assisting in various marketing and writing tasks.

This role involves coordinating bi-annual meetings, supporting the Director with projects, and creating quarterly materials for the sales team.

Additionally, the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the team to produce engaging written collateral and other marketing content as directed.

This position is ideal for a creative candidate with passion for creating engaging content, driving successful campaigns, and helping plan top-notch events.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Events Management :
• Plan and coordinate company bi-annual meetings and other assigned events, including site and location selection, accommodation negotiation, and team-building events planning.
• Content Creation Support :
• Assist the Content Manager and Director with research projects, writing, and producing blogs, slicks, newsletters, and other marketing content.
• Conference Management :
• Handle form submissions, shipping logistics, and return labels for conferences.
• Product and Swag Ordering :
• Order and help design products and promotional items (swag) as needed for events and marketing campaigns. Manage the process, including stock levels.
• Design Assistance :
• Assist the Director with promotional product design tasks and projects.
• QBR Materials Creation :
• Develop quarterly client-facing materials to support the sales team.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Familiarity and prior participation with event coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Self-starter with good time-management skills and strong initiative.
• Understanding of basic marketing principles and KPIs.
• Strong social and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, PPT, Excel, etc.). Design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

WORKING CONDITIONS :

• Fully remote role possible for the right candidate; preference may be given to local FL applicants.
• If local to the HQ, this is a negotiable hybrid role, but some days at the office HQ may be required as agreed upon with the manager.
• Remote work opportunity will require non-company provided phone and reliable internet access.
• May require some occasional lifting of up to 30lbs, but help can be provided.
• If applicable, this position is in an office environment where temperatures are constant. Frequent prolonged periods of a stationary position.
• Constant operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery such as a calculator, copy machine / printer.
• Frequent communication via telephone and video chat, and rare in-person meetings with clients, customers, and co-workers.

Job Type : Full- Time

Pay Range : $40,000 - $45,000
