Drive Hotel Success!

Under general direction, you'll manage assigned accounts and leverage proven Drury Sales Procedures to maximize occupancy across our hotel system.

80% of your day will be spent directly interacting with customers, ensuring their experience is welcoming, memorable, and exceeds expectations. You'll play a vital role in upholding Drury's high standards of service and hospitality while maximizing revenue.

Job Duties

  • Manage key accounts & deliver exceptional support (phone / email).
  • Collaborate with Hotel & Sales to coordinate accounts and manage follow-up
  • Adaptable to Company Programs : Learn & leverage Drury resources
  • Ensure accuracy in all quotes by adhering to account and rate guidelines, while seeking approval for any exceptions
  • Record sales calls with precision and efficiency
  • Develop customized strategies for your accounts, utilizing internal and external resources
  • Expand our reach by cross-selling our diverse hotel portfolio, unlocking more stays with Drury

Qualifications

  • College degree preferred in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1+ year account management & retention experience (sales / marketing preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and possesses exceptional organizational skills
