We are seeking a talented Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join one of our real estate teams. You will pursue new properties for the team and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties.
You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors. Real estate license is required.

Compensation :
$80,000 - $120,000 at plan commissions
Responsibilities :
- Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
- Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
- Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
- Find acquisition properties
- Develop builder, developer, and contractor network
- Investment property lead generation
- Investment property lead follow-up
- Listing appointments
- Investment property buyer and seller sales
Qualifications :
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Real estate license required
