Job details Spherion Staffing Fort Myers is currently seeking a Receptionist for a local home builder in Fort Myers. This will include two locations.
We are looking for reliable self starters seeking part time employment!
Schedule :
Tuesdays & Wednesdays 10am-6pm
Saturdays 10am-6pm & Sundays 12pm-5pm
Responsibilities : ... -Answer telephones and direct visitors who come into the office.
- Register new home buyers.
- Process and distribute daily mail.
- Act as RSVP person as needed.
- Keep track and store office supplies, place orders through South Admin including supplies for the copiers
and fax machines.
Keep the community reports up to date. Including but not limited to traffic reports, site map, and
demographics.
- Open all models prior to sales people arriving.
- Dust / wipe down all counters as needed. *(All Models, Discovery Center and Completed Feature Home)
- Clean glass on front and sliding glass doors as need. *
- Fluff throw pillows, straighten out bedspreads, curtains in models to maintain appearance. *
- Maintain Coffee Bar and water stocked.
- Wipe down / Disinfect all hard surfaces at the DC. (Reception Desk, Interactive Boards)
- Set up TV Loop
- Restock restroom supplies and keep an eye that they are clean.
- Keep track of brochures and order when needed.
- Manage ?UP? system
- Order food, etc. for events as needed.
- Organize plans.
- Type letters; make copies for meetings, fax, and research.
- Report any issues / concerns in regards to the models, discovery center, and completed feature homes
directly to Sales Coordinator, Sandy Sanchez. Example; landscaping, irrigation, water leaks, a / c not
working, power issue, pools, pest control, cleaning, issues with the alarm, etc..
Working hours : 10 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM
