Position Overview

The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations at the Lincoln office, ensuring profitability, operational efficiency, and employee development while upholding the highest ethical and professional standards. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on management to foster client relationships, optimize financial performance, and enhance operational success.
