Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements inpliance with GAAP or other applicable accounting standards.
- Coordinate the financial reporting process, including gathering necessary data from various departments, reviewing journal entries, and ensuring accuracy of financial data.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits and reviews of financial statements and related disclosures.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements to ensurepliance and assess their impact on financial reporting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a publicly tradedpany or public accounting firm.
- Thorough understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data andmunicate insights effectively.
- Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
