Our client, a prominent leader in the waste management industry, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of one of their waste management sites. The company is committed to sustainable practices, operational efficiency, and providing top-tier services to their clients.

The Site Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the waste management site, including overseeing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing staff, and maintaining safety standards. This role requires a strong leader with experience in site management, a focus on efficiency, and a commitment to environmental stewardship. The ideal candidate will have a background in waste management, logistics, or a related field, and possess excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operational Oversight : Manage daily operations of the waste management site, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and according to company standards.
• Staff Management : Supervise and lead a team of site workers, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations, to ensure high levels of productivity and safety.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure the site complies with all local, state, and federal regulations related to waste management and environmental protection, including reporting requirements.
• Safety Management : Implement and enforce safety protocols, conduct regular safety meetings, and ensure all team members are trained in safe work practices.
• Equipment and Facility Maintenance : Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, coordinating with maintenance teams to ensure everything is in good working order.
• Budget Management : Develop and manage the site's budget, monitoring expenses, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Customer Relations : Work closely with customers and clients, addressing any concerns or issues related to site operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Environmental Stewardship : Promote and implement best practices in environmental management, including waste reduction, recycling, and resource conservation.
• Reporting : Prepare and submit regular reports on site operations, safety, compliance, and financial performance to the Operations Manager.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify and implement process improvements to enhance site operations, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
