Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prioritize a roadmap of multiple product initiatives which articulates the team’s path to success in achieving operational requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute roadmap and refine the product backlog, iterating through problems, scoping solutions, and delivering features which succeed in creating measurable value.
- Champion optimal product development processes that focus on the problem and that leverage the power of iteration and learning, while enabling high-quality, timely execution in a fast-paced, iterative, and fluid environment
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and leaders across the company to manage expectations on scope and timelines.
- Keep up with Product best practices including agile / scrum, lean startup, JTBD and other frameworks, and apply to build a scalable Product organization.
- Works with Director of Implementation and Delivery to ensure that operations are cost-effective, timely, and within budget.
- Evaluate past trends predictive of future performance through querying tools and other data gathering methods (SQL).
- Utilize SaaS base services to mitigate geographically disperse teams.
- Analyze current project topography and priorities to predict project risks.
- Perform change management procedures, which include participating in the planning and implementation of maintenance and / or upgrade technology.
- Maintains current knowledge of industry and regulatory trends and developments for the enterprise technology.
Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology development, and at least 5 years using software deliver management tools.
- Lending and / or mortgage experience highly preferred
- Experienced in Managing Cross Functional Roadmaps
- Experience in Azure DevOps and / or JIRA for delivery and change management practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse people, effective oral and written communication skills.
- Established experience with project management programs, SCRUM, and different variants of AGILE techniques are also expected, along with familiarity with code management and Continuous Integration / Delivery Implementation (CI / DI).
