Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team and lead critical projects for a major international client in the electronics industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software project management, combined with business analysis skills, and a proven ability to manage complex projects across different time zones and cultures.
Responsibilities :
- Project Leadership : Drive all aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders. Proactively manage client expectations and ensure effective
communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Technical Expertise : Leverage your understanding of software development and content management systems (ideally, Adobe Experience Manager) to guide technical decision-making and problem-solving.
- Business Analysis : Elicit, analyze, and document client requirements. Translate
business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
Team Management : Foster a collaborative and high-performing project team
environment. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential.
- Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks proactively. Develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
- Communication : Facilitate effective communication and information flow across all
project stakeholders. Conduct regular project meetings and status updates.
Process Improvement : Identify and implement opportunities to improve project
management processes and best practices.
Requirements :
Proven track record : 5+ years of experience in technical project management,
preferably in the software development or content management space.
- Business Analysis skills : Demonstrated ability to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Technical proficiency : Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or similar content
management systems is a plus.
Global mindset : Experience working with international clients and teams across
different time zones and cultures.
Strong communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to
communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
Problem-solving : Proven ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks
proactively.
- Leadership : Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related
field.
- Certifications : PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.
