We are looking for an experienced female HCA / CNA to help with a female Parkinson's client at Atria Willow Glen . Care is M-F 7a-7p .
Rate would be $22-$23 depending on experience. Client is 95 years old. 5'0, 80lbs. She is a high fall risk and and will need safety supervision.
Has limited mobility. Transfers to and from chair / bed. Uses a walker.
Help with personal / incontinence care such as bathing / dressing, hyenine, ambulation, toileting, diaper change, feeding.
We also have some other opportunities for another female client in Cupertino that has 12 hour shifts. Needs transfer / lifting as well.
We also have other clients need 4-8 hour shifts.
We do require all HCA's and CNA's to meet all requirements in order to hire and place for shifts. Please contact us to learn more about this case or if you have any questions!
