FP&A Director

PTW is a leading global gaming services company, committed to delivering exceptional gaming experiences. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Director to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

This is an on-site position but we required candidates to be based in Medford, Oregon with our C-Suites as this is a very important role in our company.

Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process in collaboration with Finance team, the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and key members of the product team

Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews

Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support

Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements

Leading Digital Finance transformation by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining

Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards

Implementation of various automation tools with respect to financial planning and analysis

Ensuring the monthly financial reporting calendar is adhered to without any delays

Increasing productivity by developing automated applications for financial reporting and forecasting; eliminating duplicates;

coordinating information requirements

Principal Working Relationships

• Functional Business Leaders, such as Chief Operating Officer and their direct reports
• CFO and VP, Finance

Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience in business finance or analytics

Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with management

Experiences in the gaming industry and / or BPO business.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment

Strong background in analytics and visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau,

Strong quantitative and analytical competency

Strong financial modeling experience

Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills

Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture

Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization
