Week 3 Sat 3a-3 : 30p, Sun 7a-3 : 30p, Mon 3a-3 : 30p

Week 4 Thurs 7a-3 : 30p, Tues and Wed 3a-3 : 30p

this is a mix of 3a-3 : 30p and 7a-3 : 30p 32 hours a week Nurse must take a 30 min break Notice :

Registry Personnel must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times.

Agency staff must have completed the original or updated COVID-19 vaccine or present a documented religious and / or medical exemption from their employer to be considered for any assignment. Additional doses must be obtained where required by law. Start : 07 : 00 : 00 End : 19 : 30 : 00
