As the Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A , you will be responsible for helping the business with budgeting, tracking and forecasting Selling, General & Administrative costs across the Adventure Sports (Fox Racing, Bell, Giro & Camelbak) pillar.
Providing crucial analysis to make key decisions to improve the profitability of the organization.
This position reports to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis and is based in Irvine.
As the Sr. Financial Analyst, SG&A you will have an opportunity to :
- Collaborate with budget owners each month to update accurate monthly forecasts.
- Keep leadership informed on operating expense spend actuals and forecast versus budget.
- Support the functional leaders for the 3-year Long Range Plan and for the annual budgeting cycle.
- Report on spend performance versus plan and provide insights into variances.
- Assist in evolving our SG&A reporting to bring insights into performance and improve communication of results to the brand and corporate leadership teams.
- Identify risks and opportunities to help improve EBITA performance.
- Work closely with budget owners throughout the fiscal year to help drive decisions that lead to profit growth and cost efficiencies.
- Support the regional and functional leaders with reporting and insights from past performance to inform spend decisions.
You have :
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
- 3 years of experience as a financial analyst.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- SAP experience & proficiency is preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills
- CPA and / or MBA preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to present financial information in a clear, precise manner.
- Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and work independently within deadlines.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Strong project management skills.
- Careful attention to detail and accuracy.
You might have :
- Outdoor Sports Industry experience a plus
- Big Four Accounting Experience
Pay Range :
$80,700.00 - $126,300.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
