Pay : $80,000-$85,000

  • $1,000 Sign on bonus following the successful completion of your first 120 days of continuous employment

    Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your assigned community, maintaining financial and operating goals for the community, and supervising property staff.
  • Strategically plan, develop, and submit the property budget for approval.
  • Manage performance of onsite team members by ensuring adherence to company policies, training, motivating team members to achieve personal and community goals, and leading by example through upholding the companys culture and values.
  • Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and onboarding new team members.
  • Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates, ensuring rent and fees are collected and posted in a timely manner; prepare and review monthly financial status reports.
  • Approve daily transactions and tasks related to the financial operation of the community, resident files, and accounting records by collecting and posting rent, fees, delinquencies, and other payments; enforce lease terms to maximize revenue.
  • Manage financial performance of the community and adhere to parameters set in the annual budget.
  • Collect and post rent payments to resident accounts; manage delinquency.
  • Analyze economic and marketing trends within the industry to develop marketing strategies for the community.
  • Participate in and document property inspections (grounds, common areas, parking lots, move-ins / outs, make-readies, annual inspections, etc.).
  • Deliver consistent excellent customer service that yields guest satisfaction through positive ratings and community reviews.
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention by following established industry standards and company policies.
  • Spearhead social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Qualifications

  • One to three years of multi-family property management experience.
  • Proficiency with industry software systems such as Yardi, OneSite, Yieldstar, Knock CRM, the NAA lease agreement, and revenue management systems.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word / Excel / OneDrive).
  • Familiarity with generally accepted financial principles, annual budget preparation and maintenance experience (preferred).
  • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification preferred.
